Westin W3 Hybridcast-T 3rd

The Third Generation of Baitcasting Rods for Larger Lures

The Westin W3 Hybridcast-T 3rd are rods built for polders, drainage ditches and other smaller waters. Highly versatile, they handle a wide range of lures for pike fishing - glidebaits, crankbaits, soft plastics, chatterbaits and spinnerbaits all cast and work exactly as they should. The well-balanced, fast action gives you precise lure control throughout the retrieve, which translates directly into more fish. When a serious polder pike does take, the power in the blank means you can play it with confidence. A standout feature is the custom-designed rear grip, which locks comfortably under your arm to deliver maximum comfort and control during long sessions on the bank. These rods pair perfectly with a Westin Baitcaster in the 200 size.

Finished to a High Standard from Tip to Butt

The third-generation Westin W3 series is built around a Torayca High Performance Carbon blank and fitted with an ergonomic EVA grip that gives an outstanding feel in the hand. The baitcasting models in this range use a Carbon SKC-LS reel seat, which holds your baitcaster firmly and securely at all times. The Seaguide WOXOLSG ring setup suits the rod perfectly and is fully compatible with braid. A particularly practical feature is the integrated Seaguide SCDHOOK#4 hook keeper, which is specifically designed to accommodate the large hooks that come with bigger lures. Like every rod in the range, the W3 Hybridcast-T 3rd is finished to a professional standard from tip to butt.
