Westin W3 Powerstrike-T 3rd

Perfect Rods for Sharpshooting and Pelagic Fishing with Live Techniques

The Westin W3 Powerstrike-T 3rd is the third generation of rods built for anglers who demand precision, sensitivity and power in equal measure. Designed for hard-fighting predators such as pike and large zander, these baitcasting rods handle the full range of soft lures and hard lures with ease. Whether you're twitching jerkbaits, working large crankbaits, or fishing big topwater lures and soft plastics, the fast-responding Torayca High Performance Carbon blank gives you the feedback and backbone to do it all effectively. High sensitivity means you feel every take instantly and can react without hesitation, while the strong backbone delivers the power to drive the hook home in the tough mouth of a big predator and maintain full control throughout the fight. The W3 Powerstrike-T 3rd is exceptionally well balanced, keeping fatigue at bay even on long days at the water. These rods pair particularly well with Westin baitcasters in the 200 and 300 size.

Quality Build and Premium Components

The third generation of the Westin W3 range is built around a powerful Torayca High Performance Carbon blank and features an ergonomic EVA grip for confident handling in all conditions. The Seaguide TUXMLSG ring set is optimised specifically for use with braid, ensuring smooth, low-wear line flow on every cast and retrieve. A Carbon SKS-LS reel seat locks your baitcaster in place with uncompromising firmness, regardless of the situation. The integrated Seaguide SCDHOOK#6 hook keeper handles even the large, heavy hooks of big lures securely during transport and fishing breaks. As with every rod in this series, the finish throughout is consistent and precise from tip to butt. The W3 3rd range is built for anglers who want top-level performance at a fair price.
