Westin W3 Spin 3rd Travel

Travel Rods for Trout on Rivers and Lakes

The Westin W3 Spin 3rd Travel is designed specifically for trout fishing and combines high precision with remarkable sensitivity. The lightweight Torayca Carbon blanks deliver a fast, responsive action that lets you cast and work small spinners, spoons and soft lures with real accuracy. The sensitive tip picks up even the subtlest takes, while the strong backbone ensures a clean strike and keeps you in full control throughout the fight. If you fish for trout across a variety of rivers and lakes while travelling, the qualities of the W3 Spin 3rd Travel will quickly become clear.

Strong Performance at an Excellent Price-to-Performance Ratio

The third generation of the Westin W3 series is built on high-modulus Torayca High Performance Carbon blanks from Japanese production and delivers outstanding responsiveness. The W3 Spin 3rd Travel breaks down into 4 pieces, which dramatically reduces the packed length and makes it genuinely travel-friendly. The handle is finished in quality EVA with a split grip design, giving you excellent feel and a secure, confident grip even in tough conditions. A robust Carbon SKS-LS reel seat locks your fixed spool reel in place firmly and without play. The Seaguide TUXOLSG ring set and the practical Seaguide TUHOOK#4 hook keeper are high-quality components that reflect the overall standard of these rods. The combination of first-rate construction and carefully chosen parts makes the series a strong performer at an excellent price-to-performance ratio.
