Small Lure, Big Fish
The Z-Man GOAT series is built from the proven, super-flexible ElaZtech material and responds with lively action even at the lowest retrieval speeds. Two action paddles mimic both crab claws and fins, connected to the body by an ultra-thin membrane that sets them in motion with minimal effort.
The segmented, slightly flattened body of the Baby GOAT gives the lure plenty of volume and keeps it securely in place on any hook. It's soft and buoyant, yet thanks to the 10XTough ElaZtech construction it holds together through dozens of perch without giving up. The range comes in three sizes covering a variety of applications. At 7.2 cm, the Z-Man Baby GOAT 3" is an ideal Ned rig soft plastic or a trailer on an offset hook when you need a smaller presentation on a Texas rig or rubber jig. The material is so elastic that even the teeth of a hungry pike will struggle to do it any real damage. The colour range covers a wide variety of conditions, and the buoyant material stands the lure upright during bottom presentations - an enticing sight for any predator.

Good product, bait material in need of improvement The bait runs well and is very appealing to perches. Unfortunately, the baits became extremely soft when I spent a few hours fishing on the boat. It was around 30 degrees and the baits were in the shade yet they became very soft and melted easily in the hand.
