Berkley PowerBait Cullshad Deep

A Smart Weighting System for Deep-Holding Predators

The Berkley PowerBait Cullshad Deep is an inline swimbait available in several variants, built around an integrated weighting system. The weight embedded in the head gives the lure a stable action and lets it sink to the depths where predators hold. Small openings in the belly allow for additional weighting with nail sinkers, so you can search different water columns and adjust the weight in seconds to suit the conditions.

Maximum Action Through Honey Comb Technology

The Berkley PowerBait Cullshad Deep carries a large profile that draws attention on its own, but Berkley went further with their innovative Honey Comb Technology, which makes the lure both agile and tough. The honeycomb-inspired structure in the rear section generates enticing pressure waves underwater and gets the lure working seductively even at low retrieve speeds. The large paddle tail swings with a wide, tempting action that triggers predators into striking. A simple, steady retrieve at slow to medium speed is the most effective way to fish this swimbait - but even at a faster retrieve, the Berkley PowerBait Cullshad Deep stays locked and won't roll off course.

Ready to Fish, with an Innovative Hook Retention System

The Berkley PowerBait Cullshad Deep comes 'Ready to Fish', rigged with ultra-sharp Fusion 19 hooks. The 12.5 cm and 15 cm versions carry a single hook in the back and a treble hook in the belly, while the 20 cm version is fitted with two treble hooks on the belly system. Additional swivels are built into the rig to reduce the risk of losing fish. The treble hooks are held by a small innovative retention clip fixed inside the lure, which releases the hook instantly on the take. This means the running action of the Berkley PowerBait Cullshad Deep is not compromised by the treble hooks, and the lure's stability is maintained throughout the retrieve.
