Fox Rage Pelagic Ready Rig Slick Fast

The Slick Fast for Pelagic and Vertical Jigging

The Fox Rage Pelagic Ready Rig Slick Fast is a ready-rigged for pelagic fishing and vertical jigging Slick Fast. Fox Rage have taken the two largest sizes of this soft lure and paired them with a dedicated Slick Pelagic Head and Fox Rage Stinger Trebles. The head matches the shad perfectly, giving the whole rig a clean, cohesive look. The 18 cm Slick Fast comes with a 40 g head, while the 21 cm version is fitted with a 60 g head - weights that get the lure down to depth quickly and keep it there. That makes this rig well suited to targeting big zander and pike. The Slick Fast itself is a slender shad with a small paddle tail that responds to the lightest animation, making it as effective on lethargic predators that want a subtle action as it is on those days when the fish are in a more aggressive mood.

Stinger with Swivels and Specialist Treble Hook

The Fox Rage Pelagic Ready Rig Slick Fast arrives ready to fish, complete with head and hooks already fitted. The Fox Rage Stinger Treble features a double pin on the shank that lets you fix it to the shad easily and securely. The hook's design positions one point upwards and the other two at right angles to the sides - ideal for maximum hook-up rates. The connection between the jig head and treble hook uses a combination of split rings and a strong swivel, a set-up that has proved itself many times over and noticeably reduces the number of fish lost. High hook-up rates and fewer lost fish - a strong combination that sets you up for productive pelagic and vertical jigging sessions with the Fox Rage Pelagic Ready Rig Slick Fast.
