With its oversized diving lip, the Deep Tail Dancer is built above all for trolling in deep water.

At 110 mm, this lure presents a highly attractive target to a wide range of predators. Because the body is crafted from balsa wood, it floats strongly - which means that when it touches rocks or the bottom, you can simply pause the retrieve and let it ride up over the obstacle. That same material gives the Deep Tail Dancer its famously loaded, almost 'dancing' action - the quality behind the name. Its 9 m running depth makes it particularly effective when you want to work just above the thermocline, targeting the most oxygen-rich layer of the water column. When fish are holding deep and standard plugs can no longer reach them, the Deep Tail Dancer comes into its own.
