Savage Gear Revenge SG8 Pelagic Vertical (Casting)

Perfect Balance and Plenty of Power

The Savage Gear Revenge SG8 Pelagic Vertical (Casting) is part of the SG8 rod series and has been specifically designed for pelagic vertical jigging. With its perfect balance and plenty of power, it handles both zander and pike with ease. The fast action makes it ideal for working the lures used in pelagic fishing, and a powerfully responsive backbone ensures you don't miss a thing when it comes to the strike.

Responsive Blank with a Strong Backbone

Savage Gear's Danish tackle specialists built the Revenge SG8 Pelagic Vertical (Casting) - like every rod in the series - around a blank made from Japanese 46T Toray Carbon. Their in-house 4X V2 Carbon Technology refines and optimises the blank further still, producing a ultralight, highly responsive blank that delivers a strong backbone and maximum casting distance. The visible thread wraps give it a distinctive carbon aesthetic, while the Reset Accelerator Technology delivers extremely fast blank recovery.

High Sensitivity and a Clean, Elegant Design

The Savage Gear Revenge SG8 Pelagic Vertical (Casting) features a Synergrip full-carbon grip design. This construction gives you excellent sensitivity, transmitting even the subtlest vibrations directly to your hand. The high-quality Fuji SiC K-guides are mounted in a spiral arrangement along the blank, which prevents your line from tangling at the tip. The rod's clean yet elegant design is finished in classic black with silver accents - understated and sharp. A neoprene transport sleeve is included to keep your Savage Gear Revenge SG8 Pelagic Vertical (Casting) well protected on the move.
