SPRO Iris Ambush Baby Spinnerbait 7 g

A Small Spinnerbait for Big Perch

Perch respond incredibly well to spinners. But conventional spinners have their limitations - by design, they simply can't be used everywhere. Small spinnerbaits send out a very similar pressure-wave pattern while offering clear advantages in many situations. You can work them through weedy areas, fish them considerably deeper thanks to their weight, and they generate slightly less pressure on the rod and get up to speed more quickly. The SPRO Iris Ambush Baby Spinnerbait hits exactly the right size for perch fishing and features a closed eye, so you can clip it straight onto a snap rather than tying a new knot every time - a real bonus when using wire traces. The vibrations and light reflections produced by the blade, combined with oversized iris eyes and an attractive skirt, appeal to the senses of any predator that feeds on small baitfish. The Baby Ambush Spinnerbait cuts through dense vegetation and past obstacles without picking up weed or snagging. Fit a small soft plastic as a trailer on the Gamakatsu #2/0 spinnerbait hook and you'll boost its appeal even further.
