A Big-Eye Soft Lure Built for Vertical Jigging
Anyone with serious experience targeting zander and perch knows that subtlety can be the key when predators are in a passive mood. The gentle action of a soft V-tail lure can draw the attention of large, cautious fish that simply ignore more aggressive presentations. It is precisely for these situations that SPRO designed and developed the Iris V-Power. Its rounded body profile, oversized pectoral fins and distinctly flattened tail fin combine to give the lure a balanced and unique sink rate. Rigged on a vertical jig head, it sits perfectly horizontal in the water, producing a highly natural appearance. Pair that with striking colour schemes and a UV-active finish, and you have a soft plastic that can unlock difficult sessions. The Iris V-Power also performs excellently on a drop shot rig as well as on a standard jig head.

Great part I had the Spro Iris V-Power fuel... uh I chose my rubber fish as a trailer for various chatterbaits. It works very well there and can withstand a lot. He has great action in his dick and he also gives me pleasure on the 2-way butt hook on the drop shot. The fish has very slight markings on the top of the back where which hook size should ideally come out. Because every manufacturer has its own size with the same number, more of a gimmick, but comes roughly there, I would say. The rubber is relatively stable, but still very flexible. One caught more than 15 pikes and had to be glued first. Price/performance, as always with Spro, is absolutely great. 10/10
