Stroft GTP Typ BC (Stone Grey) / 150 m

Specialist Braid for Baitcasters - Increased Stiffness and Durability

The Stroft GTP BC (Stone Grey) / 150 m is a braid developed specifically for use on baitcasters, supplied on a 150 m spool. It is constructed from extremely fine ULTRA-Peak-UHMWPE fibres using the Stroft-Special-Multiple-Strand-Tight-Braiding-Prozess, a method that produces a particularly compact, round braid with exceptional internal tensile strength and a notably smooth surface. The result is a line that comes very close to the Type S in both breaking strain and surface smoothness - and the Type S is the benchmark for smooth lines. At the same time, the GTP BC delivers greater stiffness and robustness, making it an ideal choice for baitcasters as well as any other situation where a stiffer braid is required.

Robust yet Quieter than Other Multi-Strand Lines

The braiding process used to produce the Stroft GTP BC distributes individual fibres across a considerably larger number of strands before weaving them together. This multi-strand approach increases the braid angle and reduces the degree to which each fibre is bent, while maintaining the roundness and compactness of the line. The overall result is a braid that combines an extraordinary mix of strength, smoothness and durability while remaining very quiet in use. Compared to other multi-strand lines it is significantly more robust - and all of this without any coating. The performance comes entirely from the quality of the braid itself, which is a hallmark of Stroft lines.
