Outstanding Braid in Subtle Water Grey

Stroft lines rank among the very best on the market. Exceptional quality and outstanding performance define every line in the Stroft range, and the braids in particular stand out from the crowd. The Stroft GTP Typ E is an 8-strand braid that is considerably quieter than most lines available - and that quality comes entirely from the construction and the material, not from any coating, which makes this line all the more impressive. It is produced using a multi-strand process from premium Peak Mikro-UHMWPE fibres, resulting in a very round, tight braid with an exceptionally smooth surface and very high breaking strain. The Typ E sits between the Typ S - which offers an extremely smooth surface and exceptional breaking strain - and the Typ R, a 4-strand braid with particularly high abrasion resistance. That makes the Typ E the right choice if you want a quiet line but also need solid abrasion resistance. This variant is finished in water grey. If you prefer something more visible, the Stroft GTP Typ E in Zitrusgelb is also available.

GTP Typ E | 150 m | Wassergrau 150 m / E3 / 7.50 kg

Despite the high price, I opted for the Stroft E3. The string should be wound onto a new Daiwa Certate 3000. It was then used for the first time in rubber fish fishing on the Main-Danube Canal. I was really amazed how noiselessly this string glides through the rings. The extremely smooth surface is also noticeable at the throw distance. The string looks extremely supple and is super easy to tie. The specified load capacity delivers what it promises! This string is simply fun. What I particularly like is the color. It works very inconspicuously in water and for fish, but is easily visible to the angler's eye, which is of great importance when jigging. I was also able to outsmart a zander and a perch with this string. The Stroft E3 has completely convinced me and will certainly end up on one or the other roll of mine in the future!

Excellent quality, you can tell when you touch it. Great throwing properties. Due to the low friction, you can get a few meters further and the run is very smooth. As far as the weight specification is concerned, the string has not yet reached its limits.

Always the first choice fish for many years, exclusively Stroft. No embellished load figures, no feigned diameter information. I've worn out many 10,000m already, never a problem... Consistent top quality.
