Stroft GTP Typ E (Citrus Yellow) / 150 m

⭐ Top rated This seal is awarded to products that we have sold many times & that have also collected many good reviews.

On a demanding day's fishing, every component matters. Alongside your rod and hooks, line choice is one of the most important decisions you'll make. STROFT^® is the market leader, offering one of the most extensive ranges of fluorocarbon, mono and braid available - all at the highest quality level.

STROFT^® GTP Typ E at a Glance

Like many braids, the GTP Typ E is built from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE). What sets it apart is how those UHMWPE fibres are distributed across a significantly higher number of individual strands. This produces a cross-section that is almost perfectly round, virtually eliminating the small surface dimples that can occur in standard braids. The result is a line that runs through your rod rings considerably more quietly than conventional braided lines.

Compared to competing braids, the GTP Typ E delivers notably higher tensile strength both dry and wet, which in turn produces very high knot strength. The tight construction also gives you direct, immediate feedback through the line.

STROFT^® Polyfilament from UHMWPE (also known as Dyneema, Spectra, Tivar)

Braided lines made from UHMWPE fibres withstand extremely high loads - one of the key reasons they have become so widely adopted for lure fishing.

Round braided, high abrasion resistance, the baits fly far and you don't hear any noises when cranking in. The string does what it promises. Kudos to the developers at Stroft, I will switch my cords to Stroft.
