Sunline Super PE 8 (Light Green) / 150 m

Sunline is one of the undisputed market leaders in fishing line.

High-Performance Braid for Modern Lure Fishing

The Sunline Super PE 8 Braid is a true high-performance line, produced in Japan from the finest raw materials. Developed specifically for the European market, it is precisely tuned to the conditions you encounter here. The eight raw fibres are braided to achieve an extremely round cross-section, a maximum smoothness, and above-average casting distance. It also generates very little noise through the rod rings, and the line lay on the reel is equally impressive. For an 8-strand braid, it offers excellent abrasion resistance. A long-lasting coating ensures near-zero friction at the rings during both the cast and the retrieve, which further enhances casting distance. Even once that coating eventually wears down, the line retains its outstanding characteristics. The Super PE 8 Braid is also well suited to use on baitcasters, as its precise level of stiffness prevents it from standing off the spool. As you'd expect from Sunline, the stated breaking strains match reality exactly - you can rely on them without hesitation.
