Z-Man has built a strong reputation - particularly in the USA - for producing durable, highly effective soft plastics made from their ElaZtech compound. These lures are extraordinarily soft, extraordinarily stretchy, and extraordinarily good at catching fish. They've been making their mark in Europe too, and for good reason.
The GOAT Takes on Big Fish
The Z-Man GOAT series is built from the proven, super-flexible ElaZtech material and comes alive even at the slowest retrieve speeds. Two action paddles mimic both crayfish claws and fins, connected to the body by an extremely thin membrane that sets them vibrating at the slightest movement.
The segmented, slightly flattened body gives the GOAT real bulk in the water whilst sitting securely on any hook. It's soft and buoyant, yet the 10X Tough ElaZtech construction means it stays intact after dozens of fish - even a hungry pike snapping at it won't leave much of a mark, given how elastic the material is. The range covers three sizes to suit a range of applications. The Z-Man GOAT 3.75'' at 9.5 cm is a natural choice as a Texas rig in cover or as a trailer for chatterbaits and spinnerbaits. It's equally worth a try as a zander lure on a Jika rig or a Chebu. The colour range covers all situations, and the buoyant material stands enticingly upright during bottom presentations.
IMPORTANT: ElaZtech products must not be stored together with other types of soft plastic lures. To avoid reactions with foreign materials, we recommend keeping ElaZtech in its original packaging or in a Z-Man box.
