Fox Rage Slick Eel

A Tempting Treat for Big Pike

The Fox Rage Slick Eel is a fine addition to the popular Slick soft lure series. Designed to target large pike, it imitates an eel - a meal no self-respecting predator can resist. The 21 cm size has also proven itself time and again as a top lure for big zander. Like the rest of the range, it features the Slick Head design, which complements the body profile perfectly. The body is slim, but the long curly tail generates a water displacement that predators pick up clearly. A slender silhouette combined with plenty of action - exactly what hungry pike are looking for. Clip the Fox Rage Slick Eel onto your snap and be ready for the take.

Easy to Rig in 3 Sizes - from Jig to Trailer

The Fox Rage Slick Eel is straightforward to rig. Fish it on a jig head in the classic style, or run it on a shallow rig - it performs well in both setups. In its smallest size it also works well as a trailer for spinnerbaits and bladed jigs. Just bear in mind that, given the lure's length, you should add a suitable trailer hook to avoid missed takes. The range of rigging options makes this a versatile soft lure: you can work it just above the weed to watch the take with your own eyes, or pull a big fish up from the depths of a gravel pit. The Fox Rage Slick Eel comes in 3 sizes, from 21 cm up to 35 cm, for when you want to go large - and it has you well covered for targeting big pike and zander.
