The Major Craft Ceana Jerkbait Middle are the medium-running versions of this hard lure series. Available in 2 sizes, both variants are suspending plugs that run a touch deeper than the shallow-running Major Craft Ceana Jerkbait Shallow. They offer very good quality and come at a fair price point.

The Smaller 90

The Major Craft Ceana Jerkbait Shallow 90SPM is the smaller of the two variants. It is a particularly strong choice when predators have keyed in on baitfish of a similar size and are ignoring everything else. Twitched with a light touch, it breaks away erratically to the side - already highly effective on its own, but bites often come during the pause, when it sits motionless in the water and provokes predators with the sudden stop. It is equally effective for slow-rolling zander after dark: wound in steadily, it produces a subtle but very effective rolling action, making it well suited to groynes and riprap where the bottom drops away more steeply.

The Larger 110

The Major Craft Ceana Jerkbait Shallow 110SPM is the larger of the available variants. This hard lure lends itself particularly well to aggressive hard jerking and delivers a great darting action. You can work pauses into the retrieve here too, letting it hang suspended in the water. This jerkbait is especially well suited to larger predators and can be fished effectively both along the bank and out in open water.
