Westin Ricky The Roach Inline LTD

Limited Edition Colours & UV Power

The Westin Ricky The Roach Inline LTD arrives in an exclusive edition built around three special colour variants that are not only striking to the eye but also highly UV-active. This quality gives the lure serious pulling power even in coloured water or low-light conditions. The foundation remains as strong as ever: the body is created from a 3D scan of a real roach, with every scale and fin ray captured in precise detail. According to Westin, it is the combination of advanced moulding technology and years of craftsmanship that gives the Westin Ricky The Roach Inline LTD its hyperrealistic finish.

Built for Casting and Trolling for Big Pike

The Westin Ricky The Roach Inline LTD moves through the water in a seductive S-shaped action - a swimming behaviour that is particularly effective on large pike. It performs best on a straight retrieve or when trolled at a steady pace; that alone is enough to draw big predators in and trigger a take. Importantly, the lure develops its full action even at low speeds. As a general rule, the larger the size you choose, the slower you can work it and still get that enticing movement:

• 15 cm Sinking - from 2 km/h (1.1 knots)
• 20 cm Sinking - from 1.7 km/h (0.9 knots)
• 25 cm Sinking - from 1.5 km/h (0.8 knots)
• 35 cm Sinking - from 1.1 km/h (0.6 knots)

Replaceable Inline Rig System

The inline rig system is central to the lure's remarkably low hook-loss rate. A robust wire trace runs through the head of the lure and connects directly to the Jointed Stinger HD Double. The stinger is fixed securely to the underside, while the trace itself can be replaced quickly whenever it shows wear. A key advantage is the integrated swivel chain of the Jointed Stinger, which minimises leverage and prevents fish from shaking free during the fight. The whole assembly is held in place by a dedicated plug mechanism that sits firmly inside the lure yet releases reliably the moment you strike. If big pike are your target, the Westin Ricky The Roach Inline LTD deserves a place in your tackle box.
