Keitech Shad Impact 4" (10 cm)

The Shad Impact is one of the most effective soft lures in the Keitech range.

A Pintail Soft Lure for Soft Jerking, Jigging, Finesse Fishing and More

At 10 cm, the Keitech Shad Impact 4" hits a versatile all-round size for predator fishing. Perch, zander, chub, asp and pike - you can target all of them effectively with this size, though zander and perch in particular take it with real aggression. What makes this pintail shad so useful is the sheer range of techniques you can fish it on. Perch patrolling a weed edge? Work the Shad Impact on an offset hook with a soft-jerking retrieve. Finicky fish hugging the bottom and wanting a slow presentation? Put it on a Carolina rig and let it do the work down deep. Zander sitting on a current seam in a river? Rig it on a jig head and drop it right in front of them. Dense weed with predators holding in the middle? Use the Shad Impact as a trailer on a spinnerbait. However you choose to fish it, this lure is highly versatile and consistently effective across all these methods.

Recessed channels in the body make it very easy to present on an offset hook, and the intense squid flavouring means predators grab it quickly and hold on - giving you more time to set the hook cleanly. Like other Keitech soft lures, the Shad Impact is produced using a two-tone injection moulding process. This delivers striking two-tone colour patterns and, at the same time, places a higher concentration of salt in the lower half of the body. More salt means a lower centre of gravity and greater stability during the retrieve.
