Keitech Shad Impact 5" (12.5 cm)

A Classic Soft Lure That Keeps on Catching

The Shad Impact from Keitech has earned its place as a true legend among pintail soft plastics.

Its soft compound and intense squid flavour make it hard for any predator to resist, and it works just as well on a jig head, a drop shot rig, or rigged weedless on an offset hook as a soft jerk.

The soft compound lets predators inhale the pintail with virtually no resistance - the lure folds in on itself, so fish hook themselves in the process. The squid flavour keeps them holding on far longer than they otherwise would, giving you the extra seconds you need to strike cleanly.

The Shad Impact is available in a wide range of productive colour schemes to suit all conditions. Many of them are also UV-active.

How to Fish It

When rigging the Shad Impact, put a drop of superglue on the hook shank before sliding the lure on. This keeps it firmly in position for far longer, so you spend less time re-rigging and more time fishing.
