Megabass X-75 +2 Nanahan

The Deep-Running Nanahan

Following the success of the other Nanahan models, Megabass added the deep-running X-75 +2 Nanahan to the range. With a running depth of up to 3.2 m, it reaches fish holding well down in the water column. Developed in Japan for largemouth bass, it has proven itself equally effective on perch and zander in European waters. You can work it with a straight retrieve, twitching, jerking, or stop & go - this minnow performs across virtually every presentation style. On a steady retrieve it produces a High Pitch Roll Action with a wildly fluttering tail. Twitch or jerk it and the lure breaks loose into an aggressive Darting Action that triggers predators into striking. It responds with remarkable sensitivity to even the lightest rod input.

The Aerobill Lip for Long Casts

The Megabass X-75 +2 Nanahan is a deep-running twitchbait. Lures in this category typically suffer from poor castability, but Megabass addressed this directly by fitting the hard lure with an Aerobill diving lip. The result is a very stable flight attitude that makes long casts straightforward. It also dives rapidly to depth and delivers its intense action regardless of how you work it. Even bank anglers can reach spots that would normally be beyond the range of a deep-running twitchbait.
