What Makes the Whopper Plopper 90 Stand Out

The low-frequency pressure waves produced by the propeller tail draw predators from a considerable distance. On heavily fished waters, this can make a real difference - this style of surface lure remains largely unfamiliar to the fish. Unlike many comparable surface lures, the Whopper Plopper 90 carries no rattle, yet still creates an audible presence. The sounds it produces during the retrieve are natural splashing noises rather than the artificial clatter of a rattle. On pressured waters, predators often associate rattles in similar surface lures with negative experiences, so the absence of one works in your favour.
