Natural Profile, UV Punch: the SPRO Swimbait UV
The SPRO Swimbait UV is a 3-section swimbait available in various sizes, offered here in a slow-sinking version. As the name suggests, it carries UV-active colour patterns that boost visibility in the water - yet the body shape and sinuous swimming action remain highly natural. That combination of visual attraction and realistic movement makes it a strong choice for targeting pike, zander, wels catfish, and other large predators.
Casting and Trolling Through Mid to Deep Water
The SPRO Swimbait UV is exceptionally easy to control and, in this slow-sinking variant, particularly well suited to shallower water. You can fish it effectively by casting or by trolling - both approaches work extremely well. When casting, varying your retrieve keeps the presentation lively and unpredictable. When trolling, it's the steady, consistent action and the amount of water you can cover that does the work. Either way, the SPRO Swimbait UV will catch fish.
Tough Build, Ultra-Sharp Hooks
The body is built from a 3-section ABS hard plastic frame with a softer rubber tail - a construction that shrugs off hard strikes and stands up to the teeth of large pike. The Gamakatsu treble hooks are equally tough: razor-sharp, they drive home quickly and keep even powerful fish hooked throughout the fight. Built for the deliberate pursuit of big predators.
