Berkley Pulse Spintail 21 g

Berkley is a well-known name in predator fishing, with a broad range of rods and an enormous variety of lures covering virtually every target species.

Double the Pressure, Double the Takes

The Pulse Spintail from Berkley is a spin tail jig that generates serious pressure in the water thanks to its twin spinner blades - sending out signals that set it apart from comparable spin tail jigs. The two Colorado blades, graduated in size, produce not only a substantial pressure wave but also strong light reflections and audible vibrations. The smaller blade creates an imbalance that causes the body of the Pulse Spintail to oscillate and flash with a highly attractive roll. On top of that, the oversized eyes provide an additional visual trigger for perch, zander, and pike.

This lure works brilliantly as a search bait when you don't know exactly where fish are holding. Cast it as far as possible and cover large areas of water efficiently. The blades begin rotating at even the slowest retrieve, which gives you a wide range of presentation options - from a steady wind to an accented jigging retrieve. You can also let it sink to the bottom and rip it up with one or two quick turns of the handle, which rarely fails to provoke a reaction from predators.

At 21 g, the Pulse Spintail is a heavier spin tail jig that pairs well with medium spinning rods. Its weight allows it to reach its working depth quickly even in stronger currents, and it tracks superbly along the bottom - exactly where perch, zander, and pike tend not to need much convincing.
