JDM hard lure specialist OSP builds to an exceptionally high standard, and the Rudra 130 SP is a strong example of that craft.

Flat Flanks for Maximum Flash

The OSP Rudra 130 SP Jerkbait is a more versatile hard lure than its profile suggests. True to its name, it performs both as a jerkbait and as a twitchbait, yet it also produces a highly seductive tight rolling action on a straight, steady retrieve. That rolling movement is supported by the Honeycomb HP Body construction - extremely lightweight yet remarkably rigid - combined with the diving lip and the New Weight System: 2 fixed weights and 3 smaller free-moving balls that amplify the rolling motion. If you prefer a more aggressive presentation, you can twitch it lightly or jerk it hard - the darting action is well defined and provokes savage strikes. As a suspending plug, it holds its position perfectly in the pause, making it particularly deadly in cold conditions. The Fully Flat Body with its flattened flanks generates a strong flash, which is especially pronounced on variants with metallic finishes.

Originally developed for largemouth bass fishing, the Rudra 130 SP works excellently for pike in particular, but it also tempts zander from time to time. Always use a wire trace or other pike-safe leader to protect your line.
