A Two-Part Glidebait With Exceptional Versatility

The SPRO KGB Chad Shad 180 is a two-part glidebait that can equally be classified as a swimbait. Originally developed for largemouth bass, it has proven itself to be extremely effective on pike as well. What sets it apart is its remarkable versatility in retrieve style: you can work it slowly or at speed, let it glide in wide, sweeping arcs, or snap it along in a sharp, erratic zig-zag with short, hard twitches. That superb action in every mode draws attention from predators fast.

Refined Detail and Striking Visual Appeal

The SPRO KGB Chad Shad 180 is built to impress both anglers and fish. Oversized eyes give predators a clear focal point to strike at, while the gill covers feature a subtle raised texture alongside realistic pectoral fins. A 3D scale pattern combined with vivid colour finishes adds visual stimulation across the whole body. The tail design is particularly well thought out - constructed from a dense arrangement of bristles, it gives the hard lure a strikingly lifelike appearance. When a predator does commit, it meets a pair of sharp, robust Gamakatsu treble hooks ready to do their job. A solid choice for largemouth bass and large pike.

How to Fish It

Work the KGB Chad Shad 180 slowly or fast to suit the mood of the fish. Let it glide in long, sweeping arcs for a more subtle presentation, or snap it into a tight zig-zag with short, hard twitches when you want a more aggressive action. Both approaches draw strikes.
